applies to orders made Online. This rate is available only to orders made
through our Online Store. Mail generally takes approx 2-4 days depending
on the state you live. In.
Delivery
across Australia are set prices determined by states.. To keep costs
down, we selected "Australia Post" with all deliveries
sent via Airmail. This is a very reliable and cost-effective method.
If
you need faster delivery, we can certainly arrange that. Just advise
us in the "Additional Information" notes section when
completing.

How
long will it take?
Most
international deliveries take between 6 and 10 days, but please
allow up to 21 days from the time you made your
order to the arrival of your package.
Order
processing and dispatch
- Normally we have stock on hand to package and dispatch
well within 24 hours of your online order. But sometimes we
will need to make your order and that could take 2 working days.
In addition to the first email to you confirming your order, if
there is going to be a delay we will notify you via email
immediately. We also send an email when your order has been
dispatched.
Airmail
delivery time
- Airmail is not an express delivery service, but the expected
length of time for your parcel to arrive in the US is 6-8 working
days after dispatch. Depending on your location, it can take
a little longer, but on most deliveries it can be sooner.
Airmail arrives as quickly as the local service will allow, so we
can't give you a definitive delivery time.

All prices on the web site are in
Australian dollars. The prices within the online store DO NOT include
relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that you may inccur.
Australian
GST (Goods and Services Tax)
All prices in
the online store include GST. GST is payable on all goods delivered after
30th June 2000 within Australia. GST is not applicable to sales outside of
Australia and the amount (10%) is deducted off the sale price.
All
credit cards will be billed in Australian dollars and your card company
will convert the charges for you.
